Arteden – the international art week, focused on the relations between minority and majority ethnic group in Europe, will take place for the 9th year in a row.

The experimental visual art workshop invites guests – artists from various European countries and offers a place for creating and expressing to others as well: to local artists or associations that take part in the initiatives, to kids – young attenders at morning courses, and, last but not least, to the inhabitants of Lonjer.

Since the beginning, the week dedicated to the art actively involves the partecipation of the associations Fotovideo Trst 80 and KONS; this year’s event will be attended by the Slovenian artist Franco Vecchiet from Trieste, who, in the year of the celebrations of an important anniversary, will dedicate a project expressly for Arteden.
